How long have you been in business?
We started our business in the USA in 2001 and in 2002 we opened our office in Rome.
What is your primary product or service?
We focus on two destinations: Italy and France. We specialize in tailor made trips for individuals and groups with particular emphasis on art, music and food & wine tours. One of our goal is to make sure that our travelers will experience the local Italian traditions and way of living.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a native of Italy (Venice), has been in the United States since 1999. I grew up in Paris and lived in France for 13 years. I worked in premier tour operators in Europe as a Purchaser Manager. With my extensive international experience in the travel industry, i'm implementing is strategies for future expansion and development of the customer base in the Americas. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Economy and a Master's degree in Tourism from the Ca' Foscari University of Venice. I speaks fluently English, Italian and French.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service, Expertize, Good value for money. These are the keys of our success. People who deal with our company are confident that we know what we are talking about because we "have been there and done that". We are committed to the idea that enriching destinations, first rate accommodations, exceptional customer service, and good fun are the making of an extraordinary travel experience. In addition to the many hotel options, we offer a selection of escorted tours, cooking vacations, villas, and special itineraries for a more focused experience. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are now focused on trips to Italy and France. Our goal is to send people to the most romantic and charming places in Europe and in the future we will certainly add more destinations.

What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards. Special discounts apply for payments made with agency check.
Which areas do you service?
The world! For sure we have strong base of clients within our comunity in the Chicago but we have clients all over the US, Canada and also Europe.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Aldo Caronia is the owner and runs the company on a daily basis, Patty Kaplan runs our administrative department, Nino Merola is in charge of our booking department, Brian Katzung is our tech guy, plus we have several people coming from Italy for a brief working exerience in the United States.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9.00AM - 6.00PM. We check our emails an voice mails 24/7 and an emergency line is always available for urgents matters.
