We truly initiated the “technical power washing” business here in Chicago in back in 1999 and we are 100% "GREEN" when we clean... YES we only use pure water when we pressure wash! In doing so, not only do we effectively restore outdoor surfaces to like new, but can we do so without harsh chemicals!
What is your primary product or service?
Multi-Surface Pressure Washing and Sealing. "Pattern" Power Washing is an extremely effective process, but it needs to be done right, and with our experienced technique we eliminate embedded dirt, mold, mildew, and algae from wood, masonry, and other surfaces without using harsh chemicals or leaving cleaning patterns especially crucial to wood. Only then it is prepped for our professional protective stain or sealant treatment of choice.The cost for our services range from $0.45 per sq ft for pattern power washing to $1.10 per sq ft for combination: power washing and horizontal surface treatments. Tier price Discounts are available for large projects and lesser degrees of dirt required for removal.

When we saw the effectiveness of our first high pressure power washing unit back in the late 1990s we decided whole heartedly to specialize in the continuous battle against Mother Nature and her consequences brought about to personal property.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Please Note: we are not painters or a “handy man” service (that have included power washing equipment to their repertoire); we do professional restoration work using developed technical skills over many years under one trade: POWER WASHING!
