Dictation / Speech processing systems for health, law, government and other commercial operations. HDI specialized in Behavioral Healthcare Electronic Record and Operation Management Systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked for a Lanier dealer that serviced and sold professional recording devices when I completed college. My background was in Medical Technology.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our clients' have the pleasure of working with a very efficient staff that provides quick, responsive service and consultations that improve business outcomes for many organizations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
All business is conducted from our Chicago based office. We service the US. We offer products from small to medium sized developer. Our offering mix along with resources continues to evolve to market demands.
